Premises destined for commercial application at the state castle Březnice.
Premises lease is possible during visiting season (April - October).
With the exception of premises to be leased is the listed building routinely open to the public.

Information on leasing
• Building board of management shall issue a leasing contract for destined premises,
including duties and binding conditions of both parties to contract
• Agreed funds for leasing of destined premises shall be paid by lessor prior to start of
action
• Strict ban on smoking in building
• Leasing price includes also preparation of action by lessee
• Prices are given without VAT (except for weddings) and apply till December 31, 2008
